Ma Barker’s Boyz Musicians from the Swamp
The story of Ma (Kate) Barker and the FBI acclaimed longest shoot out in history January 16, 1935 in the small town of Ocklawaha, Florida ending one of the most notorious criminal groups of the depression era. The story goes that the FBI laid tracks to the Barker’s after Ma Barker’s son Fred was alleged to shot “Gator Joe”. Tours available at the Ma Barker Homeplace.
Today’s rise of these Barker Boyz (not related to Ma) carries a heart full of Blues & Classic Rock ‘n Roll fever led by the multi-instrument highly talented Stan Spencer and his hand picked gang of musicians. The Central Florida based “All American Band” show travels over most all Florida and can bring a varied and exciting show to your venue or private party.

What People are Saying
K.K. Gaines
I had the best time. The Barker Boyz rock Vocals are amazing and you can actually hear what they are singing without the music being overpowering. This band is professional as it gets. They have an amazing assortment of songs and instruments, they are not your average band. If you haven’t seen them play then you need to. Book them for your next event, you will not be disappointed. I am now a huge fan. Very enjoyable to go see and listen to.
